Name: Other non-EHR services and software that you see doctors are really attracted to that you guys are working on.

One of them, like as you know, is the healthcare.gov and exchanges, right? I was just talking to a diagnostic center who wants our Business Analysis Services. They said that they have seen a consistent drop in weekly collections up to $10,000 since January.

It is a diagnostic center that used to do over $4 million a year and is absolutely the only diagnostic center in several towns. Their numbers were dropping. So I did all these performance reports and discovered why it was happening but even then I had to substantiate by the numbers, their patient responsibility portion in all of 2013 was $36,000 and their first quarter patient responsibility was $87,000. Why? Because of high deductibles. Every insurance company has now come out with a plan for high deductible for healthcare.gov, on the exchanges, and everywhere else, right? Even our company’s plan BlueCross BlueShield changed to a $1500 deductible. I had to change the whole plan. My existing plan they had last year, they changed it to higher deductible. So on one side I am finding the deductible is a big challenge. So we created a product called AutoCollectSpectrum.

Patient responsibility is going to be a growing concern and it’s impossible to collect by standard traditional methods of sending statements, one statement at a time as the cost increases. We have a solution, AutoCollectSpectrum, which is patent pending. It actually automates the entire patient collection process, right from when the patient checks in, the system chases the patient through a soft collections process, via several methods; through text messaging, through secured emails and through automated calls. So we are trying to let the system do the job rather than you sending traditional statements. Then the patient is delivered an electronic statement through text messaging through a secured sign-in. So this is one technology product that is finding a lot of buzz since the launch in HIMSS. The second one we see has a tremendous interest in the marketplace is Productivity Spectrum. As you try to lower the cost, there are two approaches. One is to cut down the cost of salary, that’s one option, either by cutting down people or cutting down by a back office operation, or you improve the productivity. The Productivity Spectrum is a whole suite of products that does two fundamentals of productivity management. One is making people accountable, correct? Now, right now you are accountable to your viewers, you are accountable to your entire set of followers. If you tweet some nonsense, people are going to stop following you.

So, accountability is a fundamental improvement that is one thing. The second is benchmarking. How would you know that you have done better than the last time? It is called self-benchmarking. So the self-benchmarking and accountability is how we have combined Productivity Spectrum, which makes daily reporting for each individual user compulsorily as part of the requirement, correct? It has a complete self-benchmark analysis. It tells you what you did. It picks up your best days and tells you, when you are below in the production today. In the same environment, same provider, you did fantastic like five days ago, you know.
